How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section in your account.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Some items like innerwear and cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Westside ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers in the near future.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements against a well-fitting garment you already own.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
Can I exchange an item I bought online at a physical Westside store?
Yes, most items purchased online can be exchanged at any standalone Westside store across India, provided you have the original invoice and the tags are intact.
